Synergy Motorsport driver Chaz Mostert came into the Winton round 3rd in the championship behind the immensely experienced Nick Percat who is currently leading the series. Championship rookies Ryan Simpson and Nick Simmons also made the journey south, round 2 being their first time racing at the historic rural circuit. The weather was fine and the boys were all looking forward to taking to the track on the Friday morning for first practice. |
